Many people love pets and are being loved by them too. But the fact is that many people do have dogs and cats as their pets, because they think that they would be very friendly at the same time they would even guard their home and their children. Now in this post i would love to tell you something at the fact that not only having pets like dogs and cats would be loved by everyone. Now i got to tell you something about ferrets. Please do not wonder as many people do not know as what they are. They are real kind of small pets. Here are some facts about the ferrets.

Ferrets may grow up to 20 inches in length, 5 inches in height and weigh about 2 to 4 pounds. They have an average life span of 7 to 10 years that may live just as long as other animals kept inside a home. A ferret may sleep for about 18 to 20 hours each day but when they are awake, they need plenty of room to exert ALL that stored up energy. And this play time, my friend, can be more exciting than any circus. As for sleeping arrangements, ferrets take naps in the most unusual places. Always check under the cushion before you sit down so you don’t squish them. Yes, this has happened. In fact, I have one in particular that always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. This in turn has given me super fast reflexes when it comes to removing myself from the seated position.
